是否一級只有一個精英班? F.1那班是精英? 若今年不是精英, 要甚麼成績才能入選F.2精英班?

學校會否把大部份資源放於精英班?

I heard from my friend that 1 class is good in English, 2 classes is on everage level and the reminaing two classes will split into smaller groups than the others so that the teacher can pay more attention on the students.  Can anybody confirm the above is true or not?
