Any sharing after interview?

I know CCKG start interview at 9th January.
Anybody could share about the process?

My boy has not attended the interview yet but my friend told me the followings in this afternoon:
1) name
2) age
3) which school you are going to
4) shapes and colour
That's all.  But she said her son refused to speak in english during the interview!  The little boy said that he answered in cantonese.  That made her mad!!!
For the big boys & girls, should let him/her know what's going on and what's your expectation.
For the small kids, should encourage them to go into the interview room independently.  
For me, I'm stilling wondering if my boy will cry during the interview!!!

In previous threads, many parents said the interview was only some simple questions. If most applicants give the right answers in English, how Mrs Fielding chooses the right candidates. Or she chooses the ones who can speak like a native. Any ideas?

For the kids, you know there are so many different manners and styles.
If your child is:
1) confident
2) answering in complete sentence FLUENTLY
3) happy to talk to the principal
4) polite
then I would say that he will pass the interview absolutely.  Not every child can behave like this....not my boy...

I heard CCKG is really difficult to get in.  Is that true?  I mean most of the place to be given to the relative internally.

Today , my daughter has been interviewed  Question of name and age are not asked, but some tasks have been goin thr.
She was asked to count balls (on a picture) and follow
principal's instrution to point up and down.  
Mrs Fielding is very nice.

my daughter attended the interview this afternoon.
The principle is really nice.When we finished she said:" you've got a lovely girl, her smiling is very shiny and beautiful.,bye bye 靚女(廣東話)."My daughter likes her very much,when we left the school,she asked me :"Where is that autie(the principle), I like to play with her."
But  I don't think my daughter has done the best today,she said good afternoon  in very soft voice,I think the principle couldn't  hear that.  So maybe no chance to receive the acceptance letter .

My son attended the interview this morning and he received two lovely sweet from the principal. I want to know whether all the kids could get the sweets from her or just the poor performance ones could get.

My girl attended the interview this morning.  She told me that Ms Fielding asked her the name and the shapes,  however, she cannot tell me more about the details of the interview.  Therefore, I am not sure about her performance.  But before she go into the headmistress's room, she has a little bit anxious and no smile at all.  When she finished the interview and go out from the room and smile to me.

As I observe, Ms Fielding has no response to every parents but just say - goodbye!!

My girl was very happy and excited when she came out from the principle's room. She told me she answered Mrs Fielding's questions and she gave her a hug . Wonder whether she's making it up or not, but anyway, I'm glad she had a happy experience, and she really liked the school.

My son finished the interview yesterday. He doesn't told me too much about what happen inside the room. But he mentioned that the principal played the shape with him.

When he came out from the room, I asked him to say
thank you to the principal, and then she said he say thank you already. So, I think he perform his best already.  :)

面試完畢, 但想知校長有否收了小朋友的成績表副本/學校信呢?  我們只有孩子k1的自我評估及playgroup時的report, 不過校長在小兒完成面試後全份退回給我.

我跟你一樣, 校長睇完都是全部退回. 都唔知根據甚麼來決定收生標準.

I see, then maybe it's normal?!  According to the messages from other BK moms, I would say some kids are smarter than my boy.   And I think the "big" kids' performance are better than "small" kids'.

Is anyone know? Is CCKG selected some applicants for interview? Or all got interview chance?
