Now I'm considering either CWB LL or Kornhill Victoria for my son. Both don't have School-bus from TKO, I believe both are good, hence, if I can find the school-bus for either one, I will choose that one.

Beside the reputation of the school, do you think travelling time is one of the critieria for selecting a school for our child?

Travelling from TKO to CWB may take over 1.5 hour for one trip.

I live and Lam Tin and my son got accepted by CWB LLC for K1 this fall too. I was thinking about moving to HK Island but the rent had gone up too much.

Therefore, I would like to learn the transportation arrangement for upcoming K1 children who are living in TKO/Lam Tin. Thanks for your feedback.

How comes from TKO to CWB need 1.5 hour?!
I takes my girl to school daily by MTR just around 50min including mini-bus from CWB station to school.

If they pick up your child first then the next xx childrens in other locations....then 1.5 hours is fair..

I live in Shekipmei and I have checked a school in Whampoa that the class starts at 8:30 am. The driver told me they will pick up my son at 7:15 am (the latest). So I won't chose this KG...

Why don't you pick Lam Tin LL or Diamon Hill LL? I live in TKO too and my son study in Lam Tin LL. He also needs to take school bus in the morning. The pick up time is 7:50am and arrive school before 8:30am. He still got 30 minutes to play with his school mates before the class starts at 9am. Although the size of Lam Tin LL is smaller then the CWB, the quality of the school is still very good.

My son needs to wake up at 7am in the morning in order to take the 7:50 bus. If he needs to study in HK island and needs to take school bus. Can't image how early he needs to wake up in morning??

Yes, u're correct. That's my worries. However, if just by MTR, half an hour will be OK for both places.

校車會收好貴1800-2000,我朋友問過TKO to 北角收千八。仲5係自己學校ge 車。少人坐唔做,要自己揾校車。就算有校車都去好多地方接學生,因少人。 自己接送打風落雨早放你好麻煩。有人自己送仔女去北角坐校車。平一大半,又有school bus 坐。你看行5行得通。

如果有人送得去北角，又點解唔去埋學校，學校都係出了月台行10~15分鐘。

我朋友之後返工,5係去銅鑼灣靈糧堂讀,只係去HK島讀。又搵唔到校車咪要咁做。
