Can any one tell me if the school uniform kindergarten and primary school is the same?

Apart from the shoes, the school badge is different as well.  For kindergarten, the cloth badge has already fixed in the uniform but for the primary one, there's a metal school badge to be clip on the uniform.  For more accurate info, better call Joseph Tailor to check.
