are you ready to apply private and Direct Subsidy Scheme school?

Material needed:
- application form
- photos
- profolio (4-7pages)?
- envelops and stamps
- copy of birth certificate
- copy of recent school report card
- money (6 years school fee??)
- any other?

拔萃女小學2010-2011 年度小一學位申請

Application for Primary 1 for the 2010-2011 School Year:
No. of vacancies : 108
Age range :  Girls born between 1st September, 2003 and 31st December, 2004 are eligible to apply .  Please do not apply if your girl is overaged or underaged.
Application : Application form can be downloaded from 21st August to 10th September, 2009.  They are also obtainable from the School (from Monday to Friday), free of charge, within the same period from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one form for each applicant). Applicants must produce HK birth certificate / HK ID Card / Documents permitting her stay in Hong Kong for the application.
All eligible applicants will receive an application form by following the timetable for distribution.  The application form downloaded from the School website is the same as the one distributed at School and applicants are encouraged to download the form for their convenience.
Application Forms should be returned to our School by post (registered mail) or by hand from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) latest by 10th September, 2009.  No late application will be accepted.
