Have you talked with someone that graduated from LTB? I just came across with one, he said he regreted much but he insisted not saying any more thing. I observe the young man was quite low confidence. But he said he need not to paid sch fee in his days.
My son go to LTPSS for From 1 , he is a Bank 2 first of student and he go to a middle clss and the teacher teach them good also, the school have many activities now he is so happy~~~
