I dont think so since first stage in November depends how many points you have, luck draw in June depends on your luck (random number by computer). Only a bit advantage when it comes to the very few "knock door" seats left at very last stage if your kid is outstanding in the kindergarten.

其實聖約瑟同協恩的case差唔多, 讀左幼稚園不一定可以直升小學, 因為兩間都係津校, 第一輪係計分, 第二輪大抽獎睇彩數,

幼稚園學生只會在第三階段先有著數, 但叩門位咁少, 要小朋友很smart先得.

以前ST JO有8班小一, 叩門位多, 聽講收晒自己幼稚園生而家縮左班, (((都係聽聞)))收得一半

Sorry ... I'm a little bit confused now ....
May I ask know if the sch has piority for her own KG students among the pool of students who have the same marks in the 1st round?

e.g. if there are 10 seats left after allocating all the seats to those 25 marks in the 1st round, will they allocate the 10 seats to her KG students with 20 marks 1st .. then to the outsiders who have 20 marks ...??? Or it is just random??

是的.

因為在幼稚園收生時, 已經看看小朋友的分數(如有沒有OLD BOYS爸爸, 就讀哥哥, 天主教徒等). 基本上, 收幼生時已經收那些有點把握入小學的小朋友.

這個又不一定是不公平. 因為學校都希望小朋友能夠一條龍上. 所以, 收一些入小學有把握的小朋友, 讓他們早點在學校受教.

Thanks for your reply :) Then is 20 marks competitive enough for her KG students in the 1st round P.1 allocation ?.. sorry for asking so many ques .... as I'm planning if I should let my son follow this route...

對不起, 原來我看不清你的題目.

第一輪"自行收生"派位, 我相信是公平的, 是抽出來的. 只不過, 該校幼生多已有很高的分數.

我不知道20分夠不夠分抽, 但我想起碼是必要吧!
