千其咁好YKY呀，唔好以為逢一城嘅都係好學校呀。
佢有讀寫好容易好反叛架；仲係D咁環境度讀，真係祝你好運。

邱金元 is a band 3 (bottom of band 3) school.   Don't choose that school.

You should try your luck (make use of the random number) to choose some Band 2- to Band 3+ schools for your daughter.

       I think your daughter's teacher should have taken care of your daughter's interest instead of the school's interest.

       If your daughter has "學障", why does she choose a band 3- school in the 1st place.  She will get it anyway because there are plenty of places available in band 3- schools for allocation.

       You should choose some band 2- or band 3+ schools to test luck.  I think a good learning environment should be of vital importance to parents.

有啲Band1學校會履行"社會責任"，會收一D包括有"學障"同"唐氏"在內嘅特殊學生；通常都要各校長同社工做充份評估先肯收。
e啲特殊學生入得去讀，真係會辛苦過普通人好多倍；普通人讀Band1都辛苦啦，何況學障；家長值唔值得咁做，真係見人見智。

I don't think Band 1 school will accept student with dylexsia. They will accept other type of student, like, physical disability, autistic student with good academic result.

It is correct that you can get into Band 3 school after lucky draw. So should try your luck for band 2 school, or go to Band 3 DDS.
