只知道每年都很多人報名, 而收生方面是上,下午各4班(共8班), 每班30幾人, 即共有200多個位.

Do we need to queue up early to get the application form on 6 Dec?  Are the supply of forms limited (if we are not early, we won't be able to get the form)?

Yes, you are right. The academic level of this kindergarten is a little bit low. it is because the students there can directly promote to Primary school. In K1, just drawing and line up something. In K2, start to learn abc and 123. K3, start to learn some simply English sentence, like " I am a boy. She is a nurse..."
It is very easy for their kindergarden.

I called them before and the staff told me that you have to complete and submit the form on the spot. They will then tell you the time and date for the interview. But as you can see from the time and dates of issue of application forms, I guess there's no limit and the forms are available on those few days.

K1 is a.m. and p.m. session.
K2 all in a.m.
K3 all in p.m.

I think if you get the form earlier, the chance for admit  a.m. session is easily.  My daughter admit on p.m. session at K1 cos I get the form on the 3rd day.
