Any nanny bus from Tai Wai to SIS?

My son will be in SIS (Singapore Int'l) this coming Sept. However, i have just discovered that there will be no school bus service from our home (Tai wai) to SIS before school. But there will be school bus service from SIS to Taiwai after school.
(Due to the different school hours b/t kindergarten and primary)
We may turn down the offer if we can't figure out the best way to send him to school. We have considered moving to South Horizons but that can't be done in just one or 2 months.

Ai, If you're really able to move to HK Island, it is the best way to solve. For short term, are you able to bring him to any Kowloon area which the school bus is accessible? If you live at South Horizon, your son only needs 7mins to school and 10 mins go home (Last one to get on the bus & first one to drop off).

If you are sure this is a good school and your son will be benefitted in the long run, do consider it seriously and don't give up. I am not familiar with the bus servcies there. Other parents may help.

Ask Kwoon Chung where is the nearest stop to your home.  You may bring your son to that stop in the morning.

My girl's classmate also lives in Taiwai...I think the school bus can help...try to call them out..

Kwoon Chung said the chance is slim as they provide service to Tai Wai for primary students but not for PY1 (i understand that maybe my son is the only PY student who lives in NT). So my son can go home together w/ primary kids after school but i need to arrange him to the nearby station (ie KLN Tong station) when he goes to school.

Just wait and see.

then maybe you can bring your son to KLN tong for PY1.  As PY1 is in afternoon...you no need to wake up so early...I think it's OK for you...

Hi XOGOGO,

My son is now studying in P2, we had the same problem as you when he was in PY, we went to Hung Hom KCR for school bus pickup.(after that 20 minutes to school, which is much better than at KLN Tong).
