番下午N1又要坐車番學既小朋友,瞓覺時間係點??

會吾會放學後先第1次小睡?咁朝早幾點起身?

我仔仔以前12-3點呢段時間瞓1.5-3小時不等,將會番下午N1,要坐MTR先到學校,之前諗住同佢重新adjust作息時間-----大約7點要佢起身,10點幾小睡,瞓到接近12點起身食野,跟住搭車番學!

但係呢個schedule只係我一廂情願,要實行真係好難!仔仔呢排愈來愈百厭,成日吾肯瞓(就算其實係眼瞓),朝早起身時間又吾定,有時遲起,諗住都好啦,遲d起身,咁以佢吾想小睡既情況,勉強都可以捱到放學先瞓!但佢有時又一早醒,但到晏d要佢小睡佢又吾肯,結果到下午兩三點又扭瞓!!真係攪佢吾掂!!而家都吾知點算?

有無媽媽可以share下??tks!

My elder daughter :
1. Woke up at 7:30am
2. Slept at 9:00am
3. Work up at 11:00am and had lunch and get change
4. Left home at 12:15 to tak school bus
5. Came back from school at 5:00pm
6. Had dinner and went to sleep at 6:30pm
7. Woke up at 9:00pm to have milk
8. Slept at 10:30pm

My younger daughter is starting in October.  I don't think that time table would work for her because she also have to match the time table for her sister.  Properly she has to wake up late and slip the morning lap.  Also I am not sure about the afternoon lap after school as her sister usually need to go to the park and play after school.
