my daughter is studying in SFA, actually she failed in the first round in P1 application but finally she got a seat in TSL and KTS in June when some students released the seats. I chose SFA because it's standard seems the highest among all and the secondary allocation is very good. In recent years, APS has very good result in secondary school either.

If you want to study in SFA, please make sure you have time to follow up her hw and what she has taught, it was really tough in P1 esp if the kids are not from KV or those duck feeding kinder. I lost my temper many times and thought I chose the wrong school but now I can manage because I know the teaching pace is fast so I will study it right after she has taught and I think parents who want to study in this school should at least be patient and try training yr kids to be independent in doing their hw right after school.

我係sfa家長, 小朋友第一輪考入, 成績算頭個批, 純粹過路答咀, 讀咩幼稚園無關係, 我見一d kv上, st. cat上等都可以考第尾, 讀屋村幼稚園亦可以考得好好, 你要知道sfa係英小兼行普教, 英文根基要掂, 同要唔抗拒普通話. 我識人讀kv, 英文唔得, 去到某私立小學, 英文眼坦坦, 跟唔上, 所以唔好再執著以為讀咩幼稚園可以入咩小學, 反而係父母點教, 點跟功課, 英文點可以令佢自己搞惦, 而唔係父母仲坐係度睇佢做,  入到小學樣樣都係英文, 下下教無可能, 父母教中文易過教英文, 因為英文要小朋友識轉tense, general studies 要自己識睇晒成份英文papers. 所以如果你真係要問我, 我會答一間英文幼稚園長遠來說對小朋友是好一點, 純個人意見, 不喜勿插!

唉, 我囡今年考 12/13 既小一, 我估一定 over 4500 人都似 ...... 比中 mark six 更難呀

I think it doesn't matter with which kindergarten(English or Chinese one) your kid will get in. Just make sure that the kid is happy and fine in the kindergarten you have chosen. As long as the kids like the school, they will have high ability to adapt to the new environment even in the primary school. May be just help him with the weakest subject in the primary school at the time. My son was in the famous primary school and now is in the high school , but he was not from any famous kindergarten at all. So don't have to push too hard on the young kids, they will have their own ways to adapt to the new environment when the time comes. That's my own opinions only.

Totally agree with Shirleymatt's commets. My children are also SFA students. One has graduated & is in F2 now.

I know a little boy changed from SFA to LS at P2, and he says the current school life is much relaxing.  Then u can imagine how harsh SFA is (what a comment that LS is relaxing!!!)

德望算中產啦. 唔需要太擔心, 同學今年轉去讀緊K3, 都係中產日日做到嘔一族, 無咩特別.

我以前往FNS（德望上面），成日返屋企都見到條Benz BMW 車龍停晌清水灣道接女放學

九華係中學，仲要係津校。
男拔小，cckg基督堂幼稚園每年都有一定人數考到。不過以我認識三位考到男拔的小朋友，一位York,兩位StCat,一位家境中下，兩位是中產，但三位相同之處是小朋友都是主動活潑，英文程度高，喜歡閲讀。是人見人愛車見車戴的類型。所以我覺得拔小收人，是真的要看小朋友的可愛和醒目，而不盡是什麼幼稚園或家境。
