自行收生交表時....使唔使....

交表時,使唔使交portfolio,因為有D學校好似話唔收....

另外.....係學校download左張form,已經好詳細啦.....咁仲使唔做整多份portfolio呢....

希望有經驗既媽咪幫下手....我而家好頭痕呀....

好多學校都唔收的file，把學校要求的文件連同報名表釘好就得。我係沙田區的。

I think is better to include the profile and certificate copies if you are not able to put all important information on the application form.  Last year, I  used a clip to put the profile (the profile is a 2 side printed A4 paper) on top of the cert. copies and handed in tog. with the application form.  The school receptionist would check and return unnecessary information to you.  Most schools they took the profile and some took the cert. copies as well but some didn't.  It depends on the school policy.
