There are really no such thing as a "universal" better school for a children and family, so it really depends on what you are looking for.
Personally I would suggest St. Paul's Church for boys.
St. Paul's Church: More focus on moral education, but no phonics in K1 so for anxious parents they may need to supplement with outside courses. But there is a better balance while kids can learn while having fun in kindergarten.
Victoria: Definitely a good choice if parents are concerned with English and PTH language skills. However, some adjustment may be needed for traditional local primary for classroom discipline. Of course, if parents will help the kids to adjust then there are no problems.
Lingnam: The program is similar to Creative since they are under the same curriculum design of same supervisor. Kids will be quite happy to attend kindergartens but it will be more suitable for primary school following activity based learning.
