這都要頭痛選擇嗎?

如果不理費用,而且可以負擔,一定係樂基. 如果你放棄樂基,很多人會多謝你. 因為你俾了一個希望和機會佢地. 你甘樣都要問,很多BK MAMI會覺得你在晒命.

I am surprised somebody asked this question. Should have already know the big difference before applying. No wonder some parents suspect this is 哂命。

Could you please tell me some of the big differences? I have never been studying in Hong Kong and still not very familiar with the schools here.

Cannan is a good local school. Program and teaching well organised. Teachers are in general quite nice to children and parents. Cantonese is the major teaching medium, of course also has eng and pth lessons.

HKPS is a also a good school, but it put very strong emphasis on language development. Children are particularly strong in english, and PTH as well if you study at international class. Teaching are academically more difficult that Cannan.

Overall, children studying in HKPS are mroe competitive in terms of applying for famous DSS school because they are better prepared. Of course, school fee and higher than Cannan. Cannan has voucher, but HKPS does not.

not study in HK doesn't mean.. "哂命" many ppl in HK come from different places lar... maybe India / China / UK ... nothing personal..

How about St. Cat vs HKPS? Will most parents give up HKPS if they got admission of these two schools?

If HKPS vs Cannan, for sure HKPS, as I meet a lot of Cannan kids, rather BB type even in K2 / K3 level, I think the way of teaching is diff fm my requirement.

If HKPS vs SC, diff to said, HKPS is small and not as famous as SC, but overall the standard is comparable (I am a SC kid's mom..) and I personally prefer smaller school like KM and HKPS, just fail to enter in N1, so diff to appy in K1.
