請問小朋友係返下午班既媽咪.....

可唔可以比你地小朋友既作息同活動時間我參考下? 呀女一直都返上午班, 要訓晏晝覺, 通常晚上9點訓到第二朝7 點, 但黎緊要返下午班, 我D時間唔知點分配好啦....THANKS~

我女九月 k3 都係要轉下晝, 不過佢戒咗瞓晏覺, 所以問題不大, 反而最煩係食飯, 佢食得好慢, 婆婆好怕佢趕唔切上校車.

我個囡返緊N班佢係返下午既..時間如下:
8:00AM左右起床,食早餐+玩
10:30AM-11:30就訓一陣覺
12:00PM就食LUNCH
1:30-4:30PM返學
放學後就沖涼+TEA
5:30-6:30PM訓覺
7:00PM食晚飯 +玩
10:00PM訓覺

I try this time slot , tried 1 mth but failed. End up, as he is not willing to sleep early as my hb works late and back home around 9pm, he always want to stay and play with us, but we force him to sleep earlier and make sure he has 10 hr sleep at night (this is important as advised by doctor). Mine as :

9:30 am wake up and milk
10:00 am read books, play songs (same content as books as i brought Smart kids), need to read 3 times a day
10:30 am   play
11:00 am    read books again, only 2 chapter a day, 4 pages)
11:30 am    meal (but eat very slow, last for at least 45 min if delicous, otherwise, need 1.5 hr)
12:15 pm    play
1:00 pm     go out for summer course and playgroups for 1.5 to 2 hrs, but need 2 hrs to go and back home
4:45 pm     back home, tidy up & sleep
7:00 pm     wake up and have dinner
8:00 pm     read books for 3rd time
8:15 pm     watch video for 30 min
8:45 pm     take bath when papa back home
9:00 pm     have milk and play
10:00 to 10:30 pm      force him to sleep, but normally sleep around 11 pm or 11:30 pm

so if go for PN, no change for moring part, just change:
keeping 11:30 am meal
12:15 pm   change uniform and get ready for school bus
12:45 pm   get on school bus
5:15 pm     get off school bus, let him play at podium playgroud if not tired, or go and tidy up and sleep
7:00 pm     meal
....same as previous one.

我囝囝返緊下午PN，佢schedule好簡單，早上大約十點自然醒，晚上十點瞓，瞓足12個鐘，唔使瞓晏覺。

嚟緊K1都會繼續返下午班。

thanks! 12:00 lunch, 7:45 dinner小朋友會唔會肚餓? -> 首先學校有茶點，回家後如游水會吃兩三塊餅加小小水果，如不游水就吃半個水果。

你有無俾 囝囝上課外活動(除游水外)? ->有，1星期1堂畫班在早上10:30，其餘4日都係玩玩玩。以小兒學習進度，方式及自我要求，應該可以唔補習都能應付小一課程。當然如果要求高就可能要補

如有, 係咪只可以weekend->weekend同平日差唔多，—早都係要睇一本書，之後都係玩玩玩，上山下海，剩餘時間就獻給祖父母
