Further to a bk parent on similar topic, just wonder how can we knock door?

It seems many parents mentioned here if you get a place from lucky draw, you bring along the primary school registration certificate to register at the school.

1. However, if we don't join lucky draw, where we can get the primary school registration certificate?

2.I presume we can still knock door right? If we get a place from subsidy school, how can we register?

如果叩門階段有官津收而你又冇參加大抽獎，咁到時你就去灣仔派位組個office, 同佢做個放棄手頭上個學位嘅手續（不論係直資私校定自行個位），咁佢地就會是旦派一間仲有位嘅學校俾你，同埋出張註冊証俾你，咁你就可以拎張証去成功叩門間學校註冊。
