不如向家教會反映, 再無改善就揭竿, 自己做家教會主席, 入埋學校法團校董會唱. 咁先係正路. 當然最快再直接就係直搗黃龍, 直踩入校長室大興問罪之師. 學校門口貼埋大字報唱, 掛橫額支威示抗議, 發信去各大傳媒找人採訪報導.

What if the teacher doesn't allow kids to do homework after lunch?  When my kid is in P.1, her teacher allowed her and her class to do homwork, at least some, so she could not have to rush to finish all homework at home and still have time to do other things.  But now, in P.2, her class teacher doesn't allow them to do so (different teacher).  When my kid gets home, it really takes her a lot of time to do the homework.  She's already very fast, diciplined and detailed minded (compared with her peers), but still could only able to finish all at least by 6 pm...she only take 15-min break when she gets home before she starts to do homework

Besides, her teacher always ask her to go to this and that place to pick up the homework or whatever that sometimes, she doesn't have time to write the homework in the handbook.  In P.1, her teacher would ask her classmate to do it for her.  In P.2, the teacher is pretty new and there are no such arrangement.  My kid always have to rush to do whatever she has to do after running the errands for the teacher.  When she gets home, she really have to tell what homework she has to do by memory (as she has no time to write what homework for the day in the handbook).

Want to discuss with the teacher, but it seems that the teacher is not patient...

Totally agree with you. The case I brought out is REAL case by my daughter.BUT somehow it's not you walk in or complain to school or teachers can do any good for you.
I just can't stand anymore longer if they can't do any better in the future. I wil look for the other school for my daughter next year.

ok.  understand now what you worry.  but if you don't communicate with the school or teacher, they NEVER know they are doing wrong?  right?
in this sense, should talk with teacher (i think it should have some meeting between parent to school and then you can explain to them what you unsatisfied and lets see they improve or not)

you should DISCUSS but not COMPLAINT from the beginning

如果係事實, 你可以向校長投訴, 如果校長唔理, 可以打電話去教育局投訴, 教育局一定會處理.

我自己覺得, 唔係你投訴, 學校就會理或者改, 老師校長都係成年人, 做每一個決定之前, 唔通無細心考慮過? 要家長去提醒至識做? (執返垃圾桶個飯盒黎食, 點都唔合理吧!)
考學校之前, 學校都會要求家長"認同學校教學理念", 對我黎講, 教學唔只上課, 仲有好多野; 包括教職員待人接物之道, 如果家長覺得配合唔黎, 什至覺得教壞細路, 轉校好了! 一間學校咁多年黎都係咁RUN, 大把家長覺得OK, 你出聲就顯得另類了

Was that just a certain container for lunch boxes rather than a 垃圾桶?   A 垃圾桶 is usually not large enough for, say, 30 lunch boxes.  If the pupil had closed the lid of the lunch box and put it back tidiy into the container, the food inside should not be contaminated.

絕對贊同您的看法。本人不是怕事，只怕投訴之後，女兒在學校就會成箭把了！我只會在決定轉校後，才會將此事告知學校，以免子女遭秧。

no way to discuss with teacher first?  i think step by step is better way.

Big complaint with principal or using press pressure is worse for child as you know well.

Thanks Woodst! 您説的也對，所以我在考慮中（轉校一事），其實我相信我的 case 只不過是冰山一角而已，我也聽過太多諸如此類的"不合理校規事件＂其實一直存在全港小學中，但家長的力量又能起甚麼做用呢？我自己也不敢保證轉校後，另一間小學會比較好？！
有時我真的對香港的教育制度和方法感到灰心和質疑？
