Why you say so? Seems that Victoria's school fee is more or less same as SC, is there any other items charging unreasonably high? Many parents said that the school is very good. :exclaim:
Children enjoy playing/studying in anywhere selected by their parents. Neither a famous kindergarten nor a district kindergarten is same in the children's mind except parent.
