德望VS聖方濟各 如何選擇？

德望和聖方濟各都收了小女，也同時交了留位。我們都知道兩間都是好學校，但是必須二選一，不知道如何決定？希望各位爹哋媽咪分享你們的心得。

I suppose you have no financial issue in supporting your girl in GH till secondary school.  Then you may consider the one with least time for transportation.

謝謝你的提醒，GH比SF貴了仟多元。交通正是我考慮的，我住在奧海城，大女明年升TSL六年級，GH就是一條龍好，SF就跟TSL一樣沒有中學。現在為大女煩惱中學，小女的小學學位就分別擔心。

SFA 女仔升中結果其實唔差得過德望。

They're both good schools, but totally different character.  It's better ask your daughter which one she likes most.

最記得幾年前德望中學既狗屋事件，仲訪問咗個學生問佢覺唔覺得學費貴？佢諗咗一陣話＂都幾貴＂:;pppp:

老實說，德望有直升及校舍十分大，現時還有泳池。論環境德望較優。論升中，德望有直升，家長較少煩惱。要女校，還是男女校，則要看家長及女兒的取向。德望要上午7時半回校早禱。聖方濟各則7:45上課。校車時間則要問校方了。聖方濟各現時約有三份之一為女兒，三份之二為男生。

I have friends' daughters studying at GH (Primary & sec) and SFA respectively.
As I know, GH is NOT allow the students going out for lunch, even in secondary school... but the studying life is not harsh

For SFA, study life is pretty harsh. Competitions among students are keen as well as for their parents also have much pressure.

一條龍梗係好好多, 唔駛再煩升中, 真係讀得好好嘅, 升中時可再轉去自己覺得更好的學校, 如果唔係, 德望都係女仔升中的熱選之一

Hi Kingtex,

many years ago, my daughter was on the same case as you.. choosing between SFA and GH.  I picked SFA as it was near our home and less expensive.  I also consulted my friend who is a teacher at secondary school, they said.. average SFA student quality is higher and maintained well by SFA, whereas GH was dropping each year.  So, I cannot foresee my daughter to be top at the form... so I believe SFA is good school and I let my girl to study there.  Now that we have transferred to another top girl school with secondary school at Hong Kong Island.  You may want to consider this.. as GH has more homework than SFA.

我有2个朋友:
1.....女,GH,由小一直升至中五,最後一年會考生,得13(或14分),原校收返中六......之後好似讀緊副學士
2.....仔,SFA,小學畢業後升讀聖士提反,但未畢業......
揀學校要適合小朋友最重要,對我而言,近屋企亦好重要,來回差不多2个鐘,留返比佢玩又好,休息又好,上吓興趣班都好,心身輕鬆,事半功倍!
