Concord school bus route 15 : poor service

   Only   4 days' school but drop off time unstable simply because they use cross harbor tunnel after school.  2 days the nanny called and reported traffic jam around the area and late.
This was not the case by Poon's last year since they use eastern harbour tunnel .  Even the private nanny bus also use eastern harbour tunnel.  You know, the private nanny bus cost 1000 cheaper but I was so regret that I cannot get a seat.  I called the Director to reflect the facts and she showed attitude and gave me an impression that do not expect too much even I pay 2800 !!!!



Another oh my god is the attitude of the nanny.   Not pleasant, black face, rude tone.  Today, when she called me to report late,  the wordings she used are（in a blaming tone): 成班人都瞓晒覺㗎，叫15 號都唔應，禁未冇得走住囉，揍住佢地我都忟忟地！oh my god !!!!! 我真係火都嚟!!!!! How can I trust you to take care the boys?!  從未遇過禁嘅nanny.


I will lodge a complaint to school next week.

貴不等如好，你見concord 一來就劃一過海就二千八，連報價都是一副＂吹咩＂的態度，服務差是預算之中。

15號線應該以前Poon's 用西隧來回。我用保姆車，暫時都幾滿意，不如你try to call保姆車，如佢湊夠人數，可能會換架大d嘅車載埋你仔仔。

already called private nanny bus.  she said the bus is full now n need to wait for more request

真係勁差, 都唔知點忍, 上學時回到學校又遲,小朋友又心急, 有時早會一定遲,小朋友沒得整理書包,另外司機遲到話交通阻塞,小朋友上車時未坐定開車, 真危險,好激氣,請問有沒人同學校講過反映一下,PTA會唔會幫到我們??

我上個星期遇見Mr Lau都有同佢講，我個仔返四日學有兩日late, 然後返屋企果程又係咁、我再觀察多個星期，下個月可能自己返！

差差差，不單止15號校巴，係好多架都好差！！
打電話幾日都無人接聽！
如寄書包，仲叫小朋友自己喺校巴群中，左穿右插咁搵番自己㗎巴士放上車，真離譜！！唔好話D小朋友咁矮，司機難見到他們，容易有意外，作為大人在車羣中都覺得很危險！

大家DBSPD家長應該開始集體向學校反映,我問校車公司佢地就話學校放學遲,所以校車都遲, 真係大離譜啦住九龍區都要咁遲, 過海都得啦,跟本唔合理價錢收得貴服務差,點頂一年,

返两日全曰，兩日放學都好遲，以前nanny 幫緊  xx 光走差唔多路線，可惜已full，我打俾佢訴苦, 佢話佢地遲起步但都追到呀仔架校車，我已寫信給mr. lau 投訴服務

route 15: 同意，一上車就即刻開車，nanny 又成日black face.

Concord 要賺盡、每條路線都好多個站，趕到司機死死下；我怕他們太趕易出意外，所以決定下個月自己帶了！

我個小朋友坐ROUTE 18, 放學日日都遲, 打電話比CONCORD又係話學校放學遲, 交通阻塞....我唔覺得CONCORD 有唸方法去改善.
