UCAS points for UK University

HI everyone,Can anyone please tell me if my kid get a pass in grade 8 in piano, can the 55 UCAS points add to his IB points?
Does Grade 8 piano help the UK University application?

If the offer is based on UCAS points, your piano points may be taken into account to see if you meet the conditions of the offer. However the 1st and 2nd tier Us seldom issue the offers which ask for UCAS points.

I assume your son study IB, in that case, he may take music as group 6 subject, I don't think the university will double count that.
If he is not taking music as group 6 subject, can he put it as CAS activities?

He can seek for more advice from his schools's university counsellor.
