Mung Sang's has it's own kindergarten, it gives priority to it's own kindergarten students if they pass their assessment

Munsang Primary School will offer  P1 seats to suitable K3 students  in September and it is based on their K2 performances.

should be referring to the Kowloon one.   I think the Kowloon one is much better and famous than the HK Island one.
