Activities for Summer Vacation

I am planning summer activities for my son, any suggestion?  Any parent here has successful time table or plan used before.  My son is 6 years old and studying in SJS P1.

My aims:
1. Polish up his English, Chinese and Mathematics;
2. Have some fun;
3. Make some new friends;
4. Learn some new skills;
