全部都係神級學校，無法評論，唯一分別係LSC係津貼學校。入到任何一間都係造化。

Academic wise, co-ed is surely on the upper hand, in terms of the average performance of the major subjects the whole grade can perform. If your son is interested in IB, DBS is a very good choice. Their English is very solid. DBS is more suitable for active boys. If my boy is this brilliant, I will pick one that fits his characters and interest. Why not ask your boy his preference?

Mostly gov't subsidized schools' achievements vary a lot more than DSS / private schools.

If just single minded about academic achievements, don't choose DBS, leave it for boys who are looking for all roundness or whole person development school.

Precisely yes as I said. It's purely a personal preference as to which area one wants to excel and pursue , whether it's academic, international exposure, personal networking etc. Purely compared academic achievements since DSE, Co-ed comes first.

My son is quite active and not kind of academic oriented (luckily him academic result is not bad).

We went to DBS Garden Fete yesterday and he likes the school so much.

We will go to LSC open day to know more about it.

呢三間學校都係崇尚Holistic教育，如果單獨追求學術成績，鄧顯、林護、張祝珊等學校都十分強勁。最近喺電視睇全港學界游泳錦標賽，旁述話唔知點解好多傳統名校，例如華仁、聖若瑟等學校喺學界運動方面喺B Grade或C Grade可以跟DBS爭一日之長短，但一去到A Grade就只得DBS獨佔鰲頭，其實好簡單，其他學校嘅學生（包括sportsman)當到高中時好多都會面對現實去為公開試而埋首準備，而唔係將時間留喺運動場上再為金牌而努力，所以如果可以睇到學界公開試「A Grade」成績就明白一切。照咁睇，全香港只有DGS喺Holistic教育方面能夠做得最好。

1. NSS only or choice between NSS/IBDP
2. Boy school & Co-ed school
