(2) Number of vacancies for application: 160 boys or girls

(3) Age of Applicants: They should be at least 5 years and 8 months old when they are admitted to school on 1st September, 2006

(4) Procedure for obtaining application forms:

　　 (1)a. Can be obtained in person at the School Office

　　　 b. Can be obtained by mail (Please provide a self-addressed envelope)

　　　 c. Can be downloaded at the School Website (Please note that the supply of the application forms is unlimited.
　　　　 Applicants should submit their forms together with $40 on the APPOINTED DATE stated below.
　　　　 No application forms would be accepted after the appointed date.)

　　 (2) Submission of application forms:
　　　a. The completed application forms should be returned to the School Office on the APPOINTED DATE PERSONALLY.

　　　b. Date for submitting forms: 22-10-2005 (Saturday) ONLY

　　　c. Time for submitting forms: 08:00-16:00

　　　d. Required documents for submission:

　　　　 - the completed application form together with recent photo of the applicant

　　　　 - the BIRTH CERTIFICATE (original and copy) of the applicant (Please submit a valid document if the applicant was born overseas.)

　　　　 - the recent academic report (original and copy) of the applicant

　　　　 - a Catholic applicant should submit a Baptism Certificate in duplicate

　　　　 - one recent photo of the applicant, (identical to the one on the application form)
　　　　　$40 application fee and a self-addressed envelope should be submitted

　　　　ALL APPLICATION FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN DUE COURSE. NO FORMS ARE ACCEPTED
　　　　AFTER THE APPOINTEDDATE.

　　　 e. After the submission of the form, an INTERVIEW ADMISSION FORM together with a receipt shall be provided by the SCHOOL.

(5) Date of interview: 5th November 2005 (Saturday) The time for the interview will be notified on the INTERVIEW ADMISSION FORM. Parents or guardians are reminded to bring the applicant to attend the interview with his/her INTERVIEW ADMISSION FORM on time. Any applicant who is late for over 15 minutes or forgets to bring along his /her INTERVIEW ADMISSION FORM shall not be allowed to join the interview.

(6) Announcement of the result of the interview: 25th November 2005 (Friday)
- successful candidates will be notified individually by mail and the list will be posted on the Notice Board at the school entrance at 08:00
- unsuccessful candidates will not be notified

　　 屆時讓學童攜備「小一入學會見證」出席，逾時十五分鐘或忘記攜證者將不獲接見，請勿有誤。

　　 正取生將獲專函通知，名單亦會於是日上午八時正在本校校門告示板張貼。

　　落選學生恕不另函通知。
