想請問一下:係唔係份Application Form列明的東西以外,其他的例如課外活動証書,recommendation letters等等都不用attach?

那份Portfolio是否留待interview時才交?

份Portfolio可以在遞表時一齊交, 上年我嗰份都有收。
(當然有冇睇就冇人知)。
最好遞表時交, 因為interview時很趕, 交唔切；另外當然早啲比校長睇好啲(如果佢睇嘅話)。

What is the underlying reason?
Is she still teaching in GHS currently?

我有四個女，一個今年由德望轉去英國讀，兩個讀小學!

我覺德望係一好學校，值得讀，大女因入到一間英國好難考的中學先會留學，如德望中學咁不濟事，小女一定無可能入到呢間英國學校，呢間係真係好難考 全球收好少插班生 ，德望學生能考到，證明學校拍得住超級名校 !

中學部當然有曳學生啦，邊間都有，就算我女家下讀果間英國學校亦有，我帶女開學時巧遇佢學校一個GCSE 狀元 (10A) 個亞媽，佢話呢間一樣有唔乖人，問題係自己群邊D人 ，自己努力先係最重要 !  

我覺好ARM!

好多家長唔LIKE 德望先生D真說話，例如批評個女唔乖，唔努力。。。。但我覺合理的批評乃改進的原動力，唔慣批評的就真係唔好上中學讀啦 ! 中學先生好有要求架，玩玩下唔ARM 讀架 !

From my point of view, GHPS is very good, teachers are kind, very hardworking, but the principal is very stubborn.  

For GHSS, if compare withe primary school, I believe it is not as good as everybody thinks especially the conduct, discipline.  For all those teachers, some are goods but some are very bad, no responsibility.

For academic side, I fully disagree with what they propose to teach, i.e. Intergrate Humanity, etc.   They have given so much freedom to the students.

The most important GHSS want the students to acheive are to get as many prizes as possible from Athletics, Choir, speech.  

This year HKCEE result is very poor although one of them got 9A1B, some only got single digit marks.  First happened in this school.

I've also heard that the teachers in secondary school are not really good, my friend's daughter is one of student there. She said that the teachers insult the students in front of the classmates even they forget to bring the assessories only.

There are many teachers left after GHS change to DSS schools.  Actually I have talked to the vice principal 3 years ago??? discussing about why they made such decision.  He seemed very 無奈 and advised that this was the decision of the Principal and the PTA.  Teachers had no rights to say "NO"

我覺得，個別學生成績唔好，應係個學生應自己檢討，操行亦言，點解同一學校，同一班，同一先生教，人地做到，自己做唔到，問題先應自省 ! 唔係應該將責任推去學校或先生處 ，有時做家長亦有責任，太快放太多自由比小朋友，比佢地去街玩，任意上網，並同意/ 默許佢地唔做PROJECT/ 功課(因個女話先生教得唔好，做來無用。。。)，亦無教佢地向好的同學學習 。。 咁呢D家長都要負下責任的 !

讀IH 有人滿分，有人幾分，呢樣我都知，IH 係有D似通識教育嗎 ! 香港學生呢範真係好唔掂 ，但今年係第一年試，我都唔敢話第日會掂唔掂 !

至於 INSULT，我估就算出來打工，都無乜人無比老板 INSULT 過架窩，鬼叫做得唔ARM 呀 ! 抵比人鬧 ! 讀書連比先生鬧下都唔得，讀U 仲大把串串教授兜口兜面話你做D PAPER 垃圾，小學程度。。。咁個時點呀 ？

我都係個句，唔能接受批評的家長及其寶貝女 係唔ARM 讀呢D傳統學校架，早早轉校把啦 !

Good Hope is no longer a 傳統學校.  Yes, I agree with some of your points, but don't you know there are some problems at the school?  As you have daughters studying at Good Hope both primary and secondary, you should know something.
