Hello Yanni : Ottostein piano

Hello Yanni,

I want to buy a piano for my daugther.  She is learning Grade 2.  

My budget is below $30,000.  What is your comment amongst Ottostein,Yamaha & Kawai.  
I prefer a piano with higher re-sell value in case it is necessary to upgrade the piano.

Pls help !

My daughter has tried Yamaha U1 & Ottostein (made in Korea). She loves Yamaha U1 because of its soft sound, Ottostein is very sharp.  However, the price of U1 ($40000) is double of Ottostein($20000).  
Should I convenience her to accept Ottostein as she is a G2 player ?

By the way, where can I see Kawaii paino? Tom Lee said the quality of Kawaii varies so they have not sold this piano for few years.   
Any models recommended in Parkson piano ?

如果小朋友試左u1同ottostein, 不如帶佢試埋kawai 先再作決定, 因為u1同ottostein 比較, u1既聲一定較柔同沉, 如果小朋友係鍾意呢類聲, 佢可能會接受到kawai 都唔定, 而kawai 既price 又較u1平, 亦有一定resell 既value, 仲有3年trade in, 第日要換琴都無甘入肉

其實就算ottostein 都可以用到8級, 只係好多時人大左就有要求, 同佢grade 幾無乜關係既

kawai係kk有得睇, 除左ming2講果2間branch 外, 灣仔胡忠大廈都有, 個老細仲成日係果邊"打等"

柏c我都唔buy, 因為佢地既師傅同tom lee 比較, training 無甘多, 亦無話好似tom lee 甘, 要d師傅去日本受訓

What is the model no. below U1 yamaha ?  If buy second hand around 20K, which models are good ?

If U3 costs 23k, is it good ?

I will go to see the second hand shop this Sun.

Do you know model Yamaha C108 second hand ?  around yr 1999 costs $15000, is it worth ?

I was introduced by my husband's friend (also piano teacher), I still thought it was so expensive, it seems costs $10000 but I already paid half to him, how to do ????  The man said this piano can resale again around $12000.... is the man tell lie to me ?

He is the top piano teacher but still treat me, how can I do if he can't accept me to return it to him ?  I will try to ask the second hand piano the price of this piano by tomorrow, let see how much they offer to me.  

So buy second hand piano is really big risk and can't trust even friend introduce.

I have asked the two second hand piano shops if buy a C108, they said around 13/14k.

I don't know why the range is so big.   If I sell my piano to another second hand shop, he offer 4k to me only.

What a big profit !!!
