如何制定小一生的作息時間表?

小一生每天要用幾多個小時做功課及溫習呢?
每天看幾多個小時TV or 娛樂?
每天用幾多個小時看課外書?

Doing homework must be not more than 2 hr.

1 hour for reading.

The rest are spare time or other activities and the activities must not relate to his study.

What is the ideal time schedule for homework?
6:00 - 7:30 (before dinner after activity)   
8:00 - 9:30 (after dinner)   
5:00 - 6:30 (after school )
4:00 - 5:30 (after school)

How about doing homework alone at home or doing it at tutor centre?

I pefer 5:00 - 6:30 (after school), so my daughter can take a rest before she start to do her homework.

For P.1 I believed she can do it by her own at home.

School:        8:00 -  3:00 (whole-day)
??                3:00  - 5:00
Homework: 5:00 - 6:30  
??                6:30 - 7:30
Dinner          7:30 - 8:30
??                8:30 - 9:30
ZZ               9:30   

After fitting in reading time, transportation, play & rest time; the clock is almost full.  

So no more activity time? :cry:

Dear Syria,

Actually, it is the sample time schedule for many whole day school student in HK. If you say no more activities time, it has better to say no more free time. Actually, many parents arrange many many activities for their children, that they believe to be suitable and beneficial (including me) to their own children not only on weekdays but also Saturday or Sunday. So for the children, only long term holiday after exam will be real free time for them and the parents. What a pity!!

We live in a world class city with free trade, freedom of speech, freedom of religious, freedom of travel, freedom of having children ..... ;  except  "TIME"   

Perherps, as a P1 mama, the first thing to learn is how to prioritize and manage our wishlist.  

Any advice or comment on the most preferred items in the wish list and the least preferred item to be taken out?
