Rosaline was there from 18-mth to 36-mth.
The course/trainning was conducted in English, but the instructors could speak cantonese.  
Don't expect the course can build up your kids the skills for K1 interviews, but is very good in trainning up your kids various kinds of life skills!!

For the playgroup, I have tried Anfield Kiddies' Club (Kowloon Tong)--2hr/lesson, Learning Habitat (LV)--1hr/lesson, and later the one in My Musik Box(Hunghom).
I would say the one in AK conducted in English is a good try and the chinese teacher in LH is also OK. But the english teacher in LH is not professional enough.
Anyway, my son likes to go to both playgroup and he could behave well.
