Int'l Exam for Secondary School

My friend's girl is Form 1 now, that mean in the new educational system of 3-3-4.  It was told that no HKCEE but instead will be the diploma but seems nil information at all.

So grateful if anyone can share if there is any int'l/public exam that can enroll, the following were known for primary students:-
1. Cambridge - starter/mover/flyer for primary 1-6 students
2. London Test for Children also for primary student
3. UNSW test

2. World Class Arena (UK) - international Maths & Problem Solving Test offered to primary & junior secondary students.

3. Pitman also offers ESOL - basic & elementary English Tests - for children & teenagers.

4. EPGY (Maths & English Writing) offered by Stanford University & Infokids
