Poor you! You must be very frustrated.
Ms Cheng is the Maths teacher of my boy. He says nothing about her. Sorry that I don't have any comment. Just want to cheer you up!! Things can be fixed!!

have you directly talk to her?  Many mis-understandings can be made clear through direct communications.

我個仔2年級下學期miss Cheng教英文,3年級做埋班主任,15/8返學校見4年級班主任時,他特意去4C班找鄭老師,她還叫我個仔得閒去找她,做得好的話,一樣有獎品! (因她去年送了很多小禮物給他)
我覺得她唔錯,是一個稱職的班主任.(不過,我知她有時候都幾惡)
