may ask the kid the following questions:
1.  What's your name?
2.  How old are you?
3.  Who comes with you today?
4.  What colour is it?  
5.  What shape is it?
6.  How do you use the toothbrush and towel?

may have some activities:
1.  Shape matching
2.  Colour matching

may ask parents the following questions:
1.  Why do you choose the kindergarten?
2.  Who takes care of the kid usually?
3.  Where does your kid go during weekend?
