已經電話通知了學校放棄個學位,因為有其他offer,學校說要書面通知,請問有冇sample.想早D send 去唔洗阻住其他人.

I think simply 2 sentences are enough: "After careful consideration, we would like to inform you that we have decided to give up the seat. Sorry for any inconvenience caused". State your kid's name and application no. No reason is required. They just want to make sure that u 'really' want to give up the seat and confirm in writing.
