I would say the answer is:

1) The plug goes in.
2) The shoes come off.
3) The water goes out.

(as it asks you to "MAKE SENTENCE", it means it should contain subject and verb.

Have to agree with macy9402 but can't quite understand why adverbial inversion is being taught at P1.  I believe it's the reason for which the first letters of all the adverbs are capitalized.

好多謝您們的回覆, 因有 Capital letters & . 所以我也不太明白 ... 故最後的答案, 都同樣做了跟Macy 的一樣呢 !
