dear october,

it really a commercial institution instead of a education center !!

my little boy joined the english playgroup, drawing class and music course in this center since the last summer holiday and the following six months.

actually the course fee are not expensive when you compare with other centers in ma on shan.

but  after day by day, month by month, i felt that they were care the course fee instead of the child.

also the hygiene care are also terrible.
