My girl is on waiting list too. Per my friend, waiting list means rejected.......seemed no one got rejected letter other than wait list or acceptance letter.

Thank you for your information. In fact,  I agree that all the rejected candidates (RC) are on the waiting lists.  I suggest that all RC parents (about 900 parents) should choose another Kindergartens.
Do not expect too much.

As per my friend advd, they received the rejected letter, not on waiting list.

If no of waiting list are 100 candidates, and10% (180/10=18 seats) candidates would give up their seats.  Your chance is 1:5. Good Luck
