Kowloon Tong Baptist Church's Kindergarten

my daughter is studying in a local kindergarten; i want to change it to the IS, however, ESF kindergarten has a very long waiting list.  i'm think is possible for her to apply KBCK.  the only problem is she can understand English but not willing to speak English, all her cousins are studying in IS and they were speaking English when they were playing together.

can anyone tell me is KBCK a English-speaking kindergarten or any cases like my daughter?

i'm bit late to apply to KBCK, i want to know if there any chances for my daughter to join them.
