Cityone Kindergarten in Cityone.  My girl just started the pre-nursery on Jan 3.  The teachers are very nice, love children.  The place is clean : they wash the places and the toys frequently.  But of course, the place is not as good as the one in Royal Ascot.  Monthly fee = ~$2,500.

I live in Ma On Shan and also looking for playgroups for my little angel.  As I know, there is playgroup offered by Boxhill in Ma On Shan but it seems that it is quite expensive (e.g. $1000 for 4 Sat classes).  Anyway, it seems that there are quite a lot of playgroups organized in H.K. side but quite few in N.T., agree?!

To jwong, is the playgroup offered by Cityone Kindergarden for 1 or 1.5 years old onwards?  Besides, when should I apply for the course?  For example, I'd like to let my lttle girl to join the class in June05, should I apply it now or just one month before?  Is it always FULL?  Thanks for your sharing!!!

To akinawong, is your little girl joining the class offered by Lemon Tree?  How many months before the commencement date of the class you apply it?  Thanks!!

To Shirley, do you have the link of 駿景園的樂基幼稚園?  Does it offer classes on Saturday?

At first, my daughter join the play group in 沙田廣場地利亞幼兒園 when she is1.5 to 2. (1day a week, 1.5 per day). After 2, I change to lemon tree. Until now, she only join 2 months. I will end up the course.
Because, she will go 駿景園的樂基幼稚園 Pre-nursery next month. (Mon-Fri, no Sat.)

我囡囡16個月-2歲時都係o係沙田廣場地利亞好時光幼兒園返playgroup(兩歲後可以不用成人陪同返),而家就剛去了第一城嘉德麗幼稚園(但一定要成人陪同),囡囡剛返了兩堂,但係返學果日就勁開心,上一堂老師還帶小朋友去了超級市場買東西呢! 不過就只有星期二及四,下午1:30-2:30,沒有其他時間選擇!

我個囡係第一城幼稚園, 同嘉德麗一樣一星期2日逢2, 4 1:15.. - 2:15, 我個囡返左10堂度學識唱好多歌仔呀!

To meowross and JadeCheung, What language is being used in 第一城幼稚園 and 嘉德麗 ah?

To all, how early before before the commcement date of the playgroup should I apply?  That is, should I apply the playgroup (for 1.5 months old) when she is 12 months old?  Thanks for sharing!!

我就覺得嘉德麗好D,主要原因是學生多.小朋友大D,對我囡囡來講學o野會多D,因為我囡囡已兩歲,相對起好時光D小朋友會好BB,呢間學校只收兩至三歲,逢星期二就有外籍老師上十五分鐘課,而星期四就有普通話老師上十五分鐘課,缺點就係一個鐘太短,多十五分鐘就好D,同埋佢冇大肌肉活動,學費方面就$70一堂,(一個月如有八堂計就$560)
而好時光學生較少,但勝在有好多班,有中國人老師及外籍老師班,選擇較多.時間就上一個半鐘,重同學生跳舞唱歌,有大肌肉活動,學生會好開心!學費方面就一個月八堂計就$600.
你o地個小朋友唔夠兩歲,可先考慮好時光啦!
但第一城中英文幼稚園我就冇去過睇及讀過,所以都唔清楚,唯一知的,就是收兩歲以下的.

I haven't registered yet, they told me it's $600 per mth (~8 lesson).  As my girl is having a cold, I hope we can join them next week lah.

第一城是用中文教, 我唔知有無英文人教但我個囡都耐唔耐識哼兩句英文歌, 工人話係學校教喎.......因我從未倍過個囡上堂都唔係太清楚, 但見佢識唔少野番嚟都ok 啦, 咪當去玩下囉! 我都有問過嘉德麗, 但學jadecheung話齋一個鐘頭又中又英又普通話我個人覺得趕得滯, 見人見智啦反正都係去玩下學得幾多就幾多..........九月都返pre-nusery 囉!
