有冇好既英文班可介紹? (in Causeway Bay).  British Council 比較淺，但系quit o左之後又唔知讀什麼。

Blink Think Inc. has a teacher name James I think is really good!  My kid used to study with him in Hunghom, but we follow James to Causeway Bay now.  James does has his own way in teaching students.  My son improves a lot at school after studying with James.  And the place looks very nice there too!

I'm afraid that my kid cannot stop talking at home or at somebody's home.  Prefer her to go out to a centre so she knows it's not a girlie playtime.

大家好!請問邊位有興趣想為小朋友自組英語拼音及會話班? 小女是K2學生,現在誠意推介一位英語老師,她是香港聖心小學的英文老師,今年剛剛退休,她巳教小女大半年,現在小女英文聽及講的能力改善很多,還識了很多英語拼音,老師話教完拼音,遲些可以教Grammer. 她雖然不是外國人,但是她說的英語比外國人還標準.
由於小女巳轉校,故此與原有組班的小朋在時間上未能配合,需要另外Form一組. 如有興趣,可PM我.

課程:英語拼音及會話班(全英語授課)
人數:1對3
對象:K2 學生
上課地點:銅鑼灣禮頓中心
上課時間:逢星期六早上1030 hrs.至1200 hrs.

My son has also joined Blink Think since this summer and found James is so good.

And he likes James very much!!

btw, would you pls tell which centre did James teach when he worked at Hunghom?

       一個中國人能說得一口標準而流利的英語,其實不足為奇,外國人說英文,無錯,這是他們的母語,但是不同地方,不同國家所說的英語,其口音亦都會不同,亦有他們的鄉音.

       其實這道理很易理解,就好似中國很多省市都說國語,難道他們全部能講標準國語????????  難道你沒有聽過一些外國人說的國語比中國人說得還要好嗎?

       我在這裹不是想批評外國人,我只是講出實際的情况. 能說得一口標準而流利的英語並非外國人的尊利, 而是無論外國人好又或中國人好,重點在於他們有否學習正統的牛津英語.

       希望你明白,我不是說你介紹的西人的老師唔好,因為我從不認識他, 我跟本沒有資格去批評別人;可是你亦從不認識我介紹的老師,亦從未聽過他說的英語,而就去批評別人,未免有點孤陋寡聞.

I agree that some of the Chinese do speak good English or even can speak English as good as a native.

But if you say the teacher you introduced here [size=medium]"她雖然不是外國人,但是她說的英語比外國人還標準", it seems a bit exaggerated!!

If the 外國人 you mentioned here means Filippino, Japanese, Korean or Indian, I may agree with you......

Regarding [size=medium]"可是你亦從不認識我介紹的老師,亦從未聽過他說的英語,而就去批評別人,未免有點孤陋寡聞."  ----> Hold on, I think you have the wrong focus!! Actually I'm not criticize your teacher but just criticize your statement. 我是對事不對人！！

On the other hand, you do not know (much about) me but still attack me as "孤陋寡聞", are you stepping on your own foot?    

PS Hope my saying above won't cause any harm to your business, if any.
